Crossed the Finish Line!!


Yippee, I completed my goal of walking 100 miles by April 1! Boy does this feel good. I feel so good that I'm going to keep on going to see how many more I can do by April 1. I did slack a bit on my weight training while doing all this walking so I plan to pick up the pace again.

Now that the weather is warming up (it is, really, even if it gets chilly over the next several days)-let's try to get together between now and September-'kay?

Andrea, the trick is not to try and find the time. Just go ahead and do it.

Congratulations... you are definitely my roll model... lol. I walk on the treadmill for only 35 minutes each morning but get in only 1.5miles each day.. you are definitely trekking it. I also need to do weight training.. but shudder when I think about it. What are some of your favorite weight training techniques.

Sheila, Videos work for me. I have a lot of different workout dvds and tapes that I use with my weights. I have various sizes of hand weights and body bars. I also have a bar bell but don't like changing the plates.
