Knitty's Clapotis

Project: Knitty's Clapotis

Yarn: Patons SWS in Natural Navy, not quite 8 skeins

Needles: KnitPicks Options, size 9

This was a fast fun knit. I was able to complete the project within two weeks time.

Paton's SWS yarn is wonderful. I will definitely be using this yarn for more projects.

H o w e v e r!
I went wrong somewhere in the pattern so eventually I will get to frogging, sigh! Needless to say this won't be a Christmas gift like I wanted it to be. Before frogging this I think I'll do a mini clap, maybe I'll figure out where I went wrong.

I like how the striping turned out-bummer about having to frog and SWS isn't the easiest frogger (crocheted anyway). I like using it though.

Beautiful Maddie! That's a bummer about the bottom there. Frogging something knit sounds scary, is it? I like the SWS, I'll have to try some.

Thanks ladies. Clapotis is a great pattern, one I'm going to do again real soon. As for the frogging one of these days, am in no rush as I decided to keep this for myself.

That looks great, but I dont see where you messed up on it. I love Patons SWS. It feels so silky when knitting with it.

Andrea & Brandy, the dropped stitches should cover the entire shawl. If you look at the bottom photo the right side doesn't have the dropped stitches.
